Your Creators tab is the main place where you oversee the profiles connected to your agency. It gives you a clear view of all collaborations and lets you take quick actions when needed. If you need to add a new creator, you can send an invitation directly from the Creators tab.
You can see two sections inside this tab:
• Active profiles, meaning the creator accepted the collaboration and everything is running normally.
• Pending profiles, where you are either waiting for the creator to accept the invitation or where you need to approve updated collaboration details the creator has submitted.
Each creator card shows key information such as their username, follower count, and online status. From here, you can also check the employees assigned to a creator and add a new one.
From the three dots menu on a creator card, you can:
• Cancel collaboration
• Manage Account, which takes you to the “Act as creator” workspace.
After selecting Manage account, you get several options to work with the creator’s profile:
Switch between the main profile and any connected channels or collabs
Interact with fans through the available engagement tools
Create new content, including posts, shop products, stories, or events
Edit existing content that is published, drafted, or scheduled
Manage the creator’s Vault
In the Finance tab, you can review all transactions related to your creators. This gives you a quick overview of the financial activity across the accounts managed by your agency.
This setup is meant to keep everything simple, readable, and easy to navigate while giving you the tools you need to support your creators effectively.
